Supporting the Chicago Bears All Around the USA with Swift Charters

BLOG | December 12, 2018

Did you see the game last Sunday? How do you mean “which game”? The one at Soldier Field where the Bears played  Los Angeles Rams and won (15-6!). At Swift headquarters, nobody was ashamed to celebrate! They do deserve a win, after that last game against The Giants at the beginning of December. It wasn’t really triumphant, was it? I promise that’s the first and the last time that loss will be mentioned.

Nonetheless, it’s wonderful to see that the boys didn’t lose their spirits! They keep on fighting and leaving their hearts on the field once again, with a glorious victory to show for it (this time). A few fan groups which booked local charter bus services near Chicago to go see the Bears in action at their home field rejoiced all the way back (or so the drivers who handled those rides tell us).

The tales of euphoric sports chants and ecstatic cheering vibes spread like a wildfire through the office, which gave us an idea to check out a few info below…

Where Are the Chicago Bears Playing Next?

Next Bears game is taking place this Sunday (the 16th of December) at Soldier Field (again). If you’re a local, getting there shouldn’t be too much of a hassle… But, what about flying in?

How far away is the airport from Soldier Field? Well, as it turns out:

  •       Midway is the closest airport, with only 9,5 miles of road between MDW and the stadium

  •       O’Hare Airport is the close second with 24 miles between the desired location and ORD

  •       Palwaukee airport, with 30 miles from the Field to PWK, ranks third

How far away is DuPage you ask? Well, DPA is circa 43 miles away from Soldier Field. In case you’re coming with a larger group, logistics can get a bit tricky. But you know that Swift Charters team is here, for all your Chicago airport transfers! Swift fleet can accommodate larger groups with their luggage quite comfortably. It would be our pleasure to take all the way to the site where the Bears will face the Green Bay Packers for the second time this season. Hopefully, the outcome will be better than the September face-off where the Bears lost 24-23.

What About Sunday the 23rd of December?

That’s the date when San Francisco 49ers are up! Where? In the faraway land of California, at Levi’s Stadium in San Francisco. “If you’re going to San Francisco, be sure to….” book the nearest Chicago bus service to get you there! In the last Swift Blog Post, there was talk about how to survive the holidays with your family; taking them on a road trip was on of suggestions. Why not? You surely know that taking a bus is much better than flying and if you pack smartly, a little 2000+ mile ride won’t do you any harm. Especially if you pick the right people as your companions and logistical confidants!

What Does the Last Sunday of the Year Bring?

Well, nostalgia first and foremost, but on the sporty side of things, the Bears are playing against the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. What is the fastest way from Chicago to Minneapolis? The answer is: via I-90 W and I-94 W. But, if you book the best luxury bus transportation near me, you don’t really have to know that. When you book with us, all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the games, weddings, tours, proms, corporate events (if those could be enjoyed at all) or any other occasion you booked Swiftians for!

Super-Bowl 2019 and a Swift Conclusion

Call +1 312.762.5333 or email and you’re good to go, even after New Years! For example, don’t you forget that the Bears will play against the Baltimore Ravens at Tom Benson Hall Of Fame Stadium in Ohio on February the 2nd! And what is on the next day (February the 3rd)? Super Bowl LIII, in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia of course. How will you get from Hall Of Fame to Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a question that has an obvious answer by now, right?
